Microlink’s success is foundational as it comes from a deep understanding of our strengths and capabilities in the Converged Infrastructure space, along with a long-term effort to leverage our core skill-sets. Our business model represents the foundations of our strengths that is based on our design capabilities, implementation skills and service expertise.
Every aspect of our business is crafted to leverage these strengths, including the organization structure that has teams focusing on their core strengths in IT Infrastructure.
When we engage with you at the sales stage, we are already in effect working with you, because we believe that even sales is a part of the design. After all, we can only engage with you in a conversation if we are clear about what you require. From a life-cycle perspective, we don’t see a project as a one-time interaction, we engage for the long-term.
As the engagement proceeds, our systems and solutions engineering (SSE) group comes into the mix. Our task enabling capabilities help our customers meet their business objectives more efficiently. We provide our customers with state-of-the-art, adaptive solutions and responsive services through best-in-breed technologies. The input from the SSE group is vital in transforming customer business to match the requirements and help them stay abreast of the ever-evolving technological landscape.
Once the requirements have been collated, the baton is passed from the SSE to the Program Management Team (PMT), who holds the responsibility of successful execution for any Project, be it a small task or a very large green field IT Infra Project. The PMT’s mission is to ensure delivery of the highest standards of quality within the fastest possible time. As a world-class organization, our Program Management team ensures status traction and provides real time updates to customers. They also take care of any legal compliance, adherence to standard protocols and the best-in-class processes. The PMT does not rest until all your requirements, however challenging, are met or exceeded.
Once you have signed off the completion of the project, we know that the life-cycle of the project has just begun. It’s like the construct of the building is ready, but will come to life only with the hustle and bustle of people and everyday challenges. It is here that our Service teams play a key role, helping you administer, manage, and maintain the large, complex, and incredibly detailed IT systems and processes that make up the modern enterprise. We help you with setting up the services, staffing them, running them, and managing the eccentricities and escalations which are a part of the process.
“For us, Projects are not transactional, they are an opportunity to build long term relationship with our customers.”
With years of experience and the required expertise, we have the complete enterprise project lifecycle down pat. The maturity of our processes and the capabilities that we have built are the reason why 99% of our customers come back to us with repeat business. When they need predictable IT Infrastructure, Innovation, and Excellence, the only name they think of is Microlink.
